1 Scope

This document specifies the definitions of Zhacai (pickled and squeezed vegetables) and its requirements, including sensory, physical and chemical, contaminants, microorganisms, packaging, labelling, storage and transport. It also describes the corresponding test methods.

This document is only applicable to Zhacai.
