BS EN 102224:2017+A1:2021 supersedes BS EN 102224:2017, which is withdrawn 

Some significant changes done compared to the previous version are 

  • Updated normative references and optional information’s 
  • Table containing values and statements on the heat treatment of the steels updated 
  • New Table  containing values for the mechanical properties at room temperature added 
  • New steel grades added: P355NL1 and NL2; P355QL1 and QL2; P460QH, P460QL1, and QL2 
  • Updating of the values for the chemical composition and mechanical properties for the steel grades covered by this part of the EN 10222 series; 
  • Resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking inserted in the standard
