These British Standards specify the materials, dimensions and protective finish of carbon steel and corrosion-resisting steel straight, right angle and left angle tab washers for B.A. and B.S.W. hexagons for aircraft.

A recommended method of application when washers are fitted into drilled holes is shown in the Appendix.
