What is BS EN 131469 about?  

BS EN 131469 is the ninth part in the multi-series of documents that is applicable to test methods for fastening systems. 

BS EN 131469specifies laboratory test procedures to determine the static and dynamic stiffness of rail pads, baseplate pads and complete rail fastening assemblies.
