This document specifies requirements for the shore supply system for auxiliaries and pre-conditioning and the related intermateableconnector pairs. This standard specifies the characteristics of the connectors in order to achieve interoperability at the rolling-stock/shore power supply interface.

This document does not apply to shore supplies to move the rolling stock.
