BS EN 12299 is a European standard that covers ride comfort for passengers. It outlines the methods for quantifying the effects of vehicle body motions on ride comfort for passengers, as well as vehicle assessments concerning ride comfort in order to ensure the appropriate level of ride comfort for passengers.
