What is PD CEN/TS 15472 Measurement of a parcel transit time about?  

PD CEN/TS 15472 is an international standard that focuses on the method for measurement of parcel transit time for cross-border parcels is mainly from an e-merchant perspective, especially for small and medium-sized companies. Based on an earlier study, the method will be based on events of the track and trace process.

PD CEN/TS 15472 does not set the quality-of-service standards or targets.

PD CEN/TS 15472:2016 supersedes PD CEN/TR 15472:2006 which has been withdrawn. PD CEN/TS 15472:2016 has been editorially revised.
