BS EN 1509:2008 Playing field equipment. Badminton equipment. Functional and safety requirements, test methods
BS EN 1509 specifies the functional requirements and the safety requirements for badminton equipment, excluding rackets and shuttlecocks.
BS EN 1509 applies to three types and four classes for indoor standing as well as for indoor wheel chair badminton equipment for competition and training.
Other types and sizes as those described in BS EN 1509 are permissible provided the safety requirements are taken into consideration.
