What is ISO 7823-3 about?
ISO 7823-3 discusses about the different types, dimensions and characteristics of Poly (methyl methacrylate) sheets.
ISO 7823-3 specifies requirements for non-modified flat poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) continuous cast sheets for general-purpose use. The sheets can be colourless or coloured, and can be transparent, translucent or opaque.
ISO 7823-3 specifies general requirements like compositions, protective covering, appearance, dimensions and other basic properties along with test methods and conditions for retest and rejection.
NOTE: The thickness range of the sheets covered by ISO 7823-3 is 1 mm to 10 mm.
