BS EN 50380 is a European Standard that describes marking, including nameplate and documentation requirements for non-concentrating photovoltaic modules. The main objective of the BS EN 50380 is to enhance transparency and marketability of PV modules for manufacturers and suppliers. 

BS EN 50380 provides mandatory information that needs to be included in the product documentation or affixed to the product to ensure safe and proper use.   • Data sheet information has been removed and terms and conditions added.
