What’s changed since the last update?
BS EN ISO 17130:2021 supersedes ISO 17130:2013. BS EN ISO 17130:2021 includes some technical changes with respect to ISO 17130:2013. These include:
- New terms and definitions are added
- Support and Indelible marker or needle have been revised to allow additional support and an additional marking technique, respectively
- Sampling and sample preparation have been revised to give a better understanding
- Procedure has been revised
- A new Test report requires the sample size to be reported
