What is ISO/IEC 18033-6 about?  

ISO/IEC 18033-6 is the sixth part of the IT Security techniques multi-series standard for cybersecurity. 

ISO/IEC 18033-6 specifies the following methods for homomorphic encryption:

ISO/IEC 18033-6 specifies two encryption mechanism algorithms for homomorphic encryption.

Exponential ElGamal encryption and Paillier encryption are two such encryption mechanisms.
