BS ISO/IEC 29183:2021 supersedes BS ISO/IEC 29183:2010 which is withdrawn. The main changes are:
- Modification in “terms and definitions” clause with regard to the addition of new definition and removal of definitions not used in text
- Addition of “ready delay time” requirement to “test measurement” procedures
- Addition of Annex D for the procedure to determine “ready delay time”
- Annex structure was changed to be consistent with other productivity standards
- Addition of sFCOT from sleep, sFCOT from sleep after 15 min, and sFCOT from off tests and reporting
