What is BS EN 746-2:2010?
This part of BS EN 746 sets out the safety requirements for single and multiple burners that are part of industrial thermo-processing equipment. Dealing with significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relating to combustion and fuel handling systems, this standard helps organizations to put the right safety measures in place. BS EN 746 covers fuel pipework downstream of and including the manual isolating valve; burners and ignition devices; as well as safety related control systems.
