BS EN 572-6 is a European Standard. BS EN 572-6 discusses scope, references, definitions, dimensional requirements, thickness, tolerances and much more in detail that ensures maximum credibility.

BS EN 572-6 is the 6th part of the “Glass in building — Basic soda lime silicate glass products” series that discusses wired patterned glass. BS EN 572-6 has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 129 “Glass in building” the secretariat of which is held by NBN.

BS EN 572-6 specifies dimensional and minimum quality requirements (in respect of optical and

visual faults) for wired patterned glass, as defined in EN 572-1:2012, for use in building.

BS EN 572-6 applies only to wired patterned glass supplied in rectangular panes and in stock

Sizes. EN 572-8 gives information on patterned wired glass in sizes other than those covered by BS EN 572-6.
